Hi, I’m Carol. I believe energy is the ESSENCE TO HEALING. With over a decade of experience in bridging the ancient Taoist teachings with modern science in Yoga, Myofascial Release, Yoga Therapy, and Ayurveda, I’ve been called to dive deeper into Qigong and Medical Intuition. When we mirror the energy of nature, our energy flows, and our life flows.

My Yoga Essence was born in 2014, a sacred space to empower healing through filling up your cup with energy practices including Yoga, Qigong, and Energy Healing. My passion is to intuitively guide and empower each individual to connect with their body’s innate wisdom to self-heal.
