Every Tuesday, over your lunch break, take time out for yourself and escape the office. Meet in the centre of the Chinese Garden of Frienship and enjoy a gentle movement and meditation practice with our beautiful teacher Carol.
Carol will share a mindful movement meditation practice that includes Qigong and Meditation to help relieve stress, shift energy and find focus, ending with a meditation to held calm and stabilize the mind. Wander the tranquil garden as you leave, and re-enter the world with a sense of renewal.
Carol is passionate about working with people's energy through intuitively guiding and empowering each individual to connect with the deeper messages of their bodies. To create change and healing for their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health so that they can return to wellness.

About your Teacher
Carol is a Yoga and Qigong Teacher, and an Energy Healer. With over a decade of experience in the healing modalities of Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda and Myofascial Release. As well as in recent years, where she dived into the world of energy healing of Qigong and Medical Intuition. Her passion is to help people align their energy with nature's energy through intuitively guiding and empowering each individual to connect with their body’s deeper messages and its innate wisdom to self-heal and return to wholeness.
