Qigong-inspired yoga - Carol has over a decade of experience in bridging the ancient Taoist teachings with modern science in Yoga, Myofascial Release, Yoga Therapy, and Ayurveda, She has in recent years been called to dive deeper into intuitive energy healing modalities of Qigong and Medical Intuition. Carol’s passion is to help people connect with their body’s innate wisdom to self-heal.
Menu curated by Adam - With his expertise as a Health Coach, he will guide you on a wellness journey like no other. From engaging activities to nourishing food, Adam will stimulate all your senses, ensuring a happier and healthier life. Since 2007, Adam has been exploring the world, immersing himself in different cultures and experiences. With his extensive background in hospitality and event management, he knows how to create an unforgettable experience. The ultimate goal is to help you adopt new healthy habits that will transform your life for the better.
Sound bath by Airlifter - an artist nickname of your host George. Originally playing Trance and uplifting tunes, this time he'll prepare an immersive soundscape that will take you on a journey. Listen to the sound of sunrise, forests and vast landscapes. The power of sound will take you far and wide along with captivating light show.
