PRE-REQUISITE: Energy Meditation

Start the New Year with clear and aligned energy while being protected with a powerful Energy Protection 4 Weeks Class Series to gain greater awareness and empowerment of your own energy as you embark on a year focusing on shining your light while taking care of your energy.

After running a successful Part 1 Energy Meditation in September 2024, Part 2 Energy Protection is coming in January 2025! You are ready to become more in charge of your energy and learn new spiritual tools to protect your energy and your space from others.

Based on the Ancient Mystery School, you will learn spiritual tools to keep your energy safe and protected at all times from energy whacks and psychic attacks. Learn to protect your space from others, especially if you are an energy sponge and have a tendency to pick up on other people’s energy.

Who is this class series for?
This class series is ESSENTIAL for Empaths or Sensitive Individuals, as well as those who are Givers, Carers, Teachers, Practitioners, Therapists, and anyone who feels they are always giving out their energy and feel tired/depleted/drained at the end of the day.

Building on the foundational spiritual tools learnt in Energy Meditation, you will learn a set of energy protection tools that you can easily and quickly integrate into your daily energy hygiene before and after working with other people including clients, students, family, friends, and non-physical beings to keep your energetic space clean. By the end of the 4 weeks, you will have a toolbox of energy protection tools to keep your energy and space clean and to be a magnet of high vibrational energy.

The spiritual tools can be used to:

• Release unwanted, foreign energy, and energy whack

• Cleanse your chakras and auras

• Protect your space from psychic attack

• Separate your energy from others

• Clear anything that interfere between your spirit and body

• Stay on top of your energy for self-care and self-healing

• Raise your vibration to guard off energy vampires
