The Qi Circle is a monthly gathering to practice Qigong together. There is something very special that happens when two or more of us gather. The more people that practice together, the stronger the Qi field that amplifies the healing vibration in each individual in the circle.

Doing Qigong at the park helps you to connect with nature’s energy to be more fully connected with your own energy. Nature is filled with an abundance of energy, which is why we naturally feel calm and connected when we are in nature. Imagine aligning your energy through Qigong in nature. It's profound, nourishing, and healing on all levels of your being. When a group practices Qigong together, the energy becomes magnetic!
