Indulge in a special blend of Spring edition of blindfolded yin yoga and mindfulness tea experience
that will enliven your senses and leave you feeling revitalised in your body, mind and soul.
The two hours journey begins with a therapeutic hour of blindfolded yin yoga based on traditional chinese medicine with Carol Man, qualified Yoga Teacher and founder of My Yoga Essence. To nourish your internal flow of energy in the liver and gallbladder meridians through static holding poses to balance for spring.
Cultivating awareness within the body and calming the mind to awaken your sensitivity that will take you seamlessly into a delicious hour of mindfulness tea tasting experience with Cathy Zhang, Tea Connoisseur and founder of Ms Cattea. We will guide you to a journey of tasting various types of pure and herbal teas, each of them has been hand picked and hand made by tea masters. Since you will be blindfolded, your senses will be enhanced which allows you to be aware of the unique taste of each tea, the aroma, the sweetness, the body, the after taste and many other aspects as you explore the art of tea.
The unique experience of this complementary Yin and Tea workshop will give you the mindfulness tools and practices that not only will enhance your personal practice but also your everyday life.
